Waynad

Waynad is a district in the north-east of Kerala state, India with headquarters at the town of Kalpetta. The district was formed on 1 November 1980 as the 12th district in Kerala by carving out areas from Kozhikode and Kannur districts. The district is 3.79% urbanised, with three municipal towns Kalpetta, Mananthavady and Sulthan Bathery.

Coorg

Coorg also called as Kodagu is derived from the local version Kodavu and the people of Kodagu. According to ancient scripts the land of initial settlement was called Krodadesa which later became Kodavu. Coorg is sometimes misspelled as “Koorg” and “Coorge”.

Day 1 BANGALORE ARRIVAL – COORG
Arrival Bangalore airport or Railway station. Transfer to Coorg enroute Kushalnagar local sightseeing (Bylekupe). Overnight Coorg.
Day 2 COORG
After breakfast Coorg sight seeing. Overnight Coorg.
Day 3 COORG - WAYNAD
After breakfast transfer to Waynad enroute Waynad local sight seeing. Overnight Wayand.
Day 4 WAYNAD
After breakfast Waynad Local sight seeing. Overnight Waynad.
Day 5 WAYNAD – MYSORE
After breakfast transfer to Mysore enroute Mysore sight seeing and in the Evening Enjoy Vrindavan Garden sight seeing. Overnight Mysore.
Day 6 MYSORE – BANGALORE DEPARTURE
After Breakfast Mysore local sightseeing. Then departure for Bangalore airport or Railway station for onward Journey.
